Bobby Lashley has announced a new MMA fight after losing to Griggs. This is Lashley’s first fight since suffering his first career loss against relatively unknown fighter Chad Griggs at Strikeforce: Houston last August.

“Anyone who is writing Bobby off is making a huge mistake,” Titan CEO Joe Kelly said in a statement on Friday as part of Lashley’s announced return fight. “I believe that Titan Fighting will be the perfect platform for Bobby to prove his critics wrong.”

There had been talk of Bobby Lashley fighting fellow former WWE star Dave Bautista, but is appears Lashley is looking to get a win under his belt before entering a high-profile fight like that. No word in recent weeks regarding Bautista’s MMA training.
